# Oxido – Refund & Return Policy

# Oxido does not support refunds or returns for any payments made for premium features, subscriptions, or other purchases. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

# 1. No Refunds Policy

  • All payments made for Oxido's premium features or services are final and non-refundable.
  • We do not offer refunds for:
    • Change of mind after purchase.
    • Unused subscription time if you stop using the bot.
    • Server bans or removals from Oxido due to misuse or violations of our Terms & Conditions.

# 2. Exceptional Cases

Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:

  • Technical failure: If Oxido fails to deliver the promised premium features due to internal errors, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
  • Duplicate payments: If you accidentally made a double payment, contact support within 7 days for review.

All refund requests must be submitted through our official support system within the eligible timeframe.


# 3. No Returns or Cancellations

  • Once a premium feature is activated, it cannot be reversed, returned, or exchanged.
  • Subscription-based services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, even if you choose to stop using the bot.

# 4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

  • Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from Oxido’s premium services.
  • If you experience any issues, please contact support first before initiating a chargeback.
