#1. No Refunds Policy
All payments made for Oxido's premium features or services are final and non-refundable.
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after purchase.
Unused subscription time if you stop using the bot.
Server bans or removals from Oxido due to misuse or violations of our Terms & Conditions.
#2. Exceptional Cases
Refunds may only be considered in the following cases:
Technical failure: If Oxido fails to deliver the promised premium features due to internal errors, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
Duplicate payments: If you accidentally made a double payment, contact support within 7 days for review.
All refund requests must be submitted through our official support system within the eligible timeframe.
#3. No Returns or Cancellations
Once a premium feature is activated, it cannot be reversed, returned, or exchanged.
Subscription-based services will remain active until the end of the billing cycle, even if you choose to stop using the bot.
#4. Chargeback & Dispute Policy
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in a permanent ban from Oxido’s premium services.
